NITORI achieved the target of 200 stores and sales 200 billion yen in 2009. We have been striving to become a true chain store for long time, and this achievement brought to the starting point of the establishment of mass merchandising system. And NITORI reformed its organization to Holding Company and inaugurated “NITORI Holding Co., Ltd.” in August, 2010.

NITORI group consist of the following groups, “NITORI Co., Ltd.” that performs retailing function, “NITORI Furniture Co., Ltd.” that manufactures furniture in Indonesia and Vietnam, “Home Logistics Co., Ltd.” that carries the domestic distribution, “NITORI Public” that takes charge of advertising of the group, and overseas affiliated companies which take the product procurement duties and sales duties in overseas.
In this way, by clarifying the function allotment and the responsibility system in the group enable us to be more mobile and flexible management, and we continuously aims at the improvement of the corporate value under the intense change of environment.  NITORI group continue to make every possible effort for realization of the “Roman” (Our Vision) in future.
