Receipt of ISO9001:2008 certification

To strengthen its organizational base, reinforce customer-focused management and stabilize product quality with the goal of expanding its business in the future, Nitori reviewed and rebuilt its management system from a global standard perspective and obtained certification under ISO9001:2008, the quality management system international standard.
Nitori became the first company in the domestic furniture industry, as well as the first retail company with more than 100 stores, to receive this certification.
