Q1 Will the delivery staff place the item where I ask them to?
Finished furniture will be installed wherever you request. Feel free to give directions to the delivery staff. Please clear obstacles from the installation area and access ways in advance.After installation, the delivery staff will bring packing materials and trash back with them. In remote areas and in certain other cases, the installation service isn’t provided. The delivery staff won’t unpack ready-to-assemble furniture, small interior articles and fabric items.
Q2 Can I choose the delivery company?
No, you can’t. Delivery companies that have contracted with Nitori will make the delivery, or our in-house delivery section will.
Q3 When I move, can I ask Nitori to dismantle and forward my Nitori furniture?
We’re sorry, but we don’t provide that service.
Q4 Can I ask the delivery staff to install the carpet they deliver?
We’re sorry, but our staff members are not allowed to unroll the carpets they deliver.
