Delivery dates and hours

Q1 Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes, except for finished furniture, which may not be sent on the specified day for certain on business days and delivery areas of the delivery office.

Q2 Can I specify a time of day for delivery?

For finished furniture, the delivery time cannot be specified, since items are forwarded as efficiently and economically as possible within a service area. The customer will be notified of the approximate time of delivery one or two days in advance.
For interior goods, the delivery time can be specified (the delivery time may be slightly off for some delivery companies).

Q3 Why hasn’t my item been delivered?

Please contact the store where you purchased it, and tell the staff your name, address, phone number and the name of the item.

Q4 Can I change the delivery day?

Although it is possible to change the delivery day, a customer is required to notify the store where the item was purchased at least three days before the scheduled delivery day.
