Q1 How much are the delivery fees?

The fee depends on whether the item is finished furniture or an interior article that customers could otherwise bring home themselves.
Fully-assembled furniture (certain products are excluded) will be delivered and installed free of charge within our designated areas.

The delivery fee is required for interior articles, as they are offered at reasonable prices on the assumption that customers can bring them home themselves.The fee differs depending on the size of the item and the address of the customer.
