Q1 The casters on my office chair keep coming off. What should I do?

You need to push hard to attach a caster. Hold the caster at right angles to the leg, and push it in forcefully until you hear a click. It may be difficult to insert the caster even by pounding it with a hammer, so push it in forcefully with your thumbs. If you push it in as far as it will go, it won’t come off. The gap between casters and legs is assumed to be between 2 and 3 mm.

Q2 I can’t raise or lower my office chair. What should I do?

The lever under the seat on the right-hand side is used to raise and lower the chair. After it has been raised and stopped, if you apply greater force to raise it even further, the seat will rise.
To lower the seat, pull the lever up again while sitting on the chair and apply your weight.
