Q1 How long is the warranty period?

Nitori' products come with a one-year or three-year warranty. If our products break down or develop trouble while being used in the conformity with the users' manual within the warranty period, we will have them repaired free of charge. Irreparable items, including small interior articles, can be returned for replacement.

One-year warranty　Small interior articles such as clocks, lights, legless chairs and bedding
Small electric appliances, ready-to-assemble furniture and system kitchen units
Three-year warranty　Large furniture, such as sofas, beds, cupboards, dining tables, chairs, bureaus and desks

The warranty does not cover toilet items and expendable supplies.
