Sales floor space: 1,000 tsubo - 2,000 tsubo, or approx. 3,305.8 – 6,611.6 sq.m.

Land area: 2,000 tsubo (approx. 6,611.6 sq.m.) or larger

Road conditions: Trunk road with at least two lanes in each direction
