Checking Your Balance

Check the balance in any of the following four ways.

Visit our website.

Go to the Gift Card Balance Checking Page. You’ll need to enter the 16-digit number printed on the card and a 4 digit PIN (personal identification number) to check the balance. (For some cards, you can find the 4-digit PIN by scratching off the silver area on the card.)

Check from your cell phone.

Use your cell phone to scan the QR code at left.

Check your card balance on the Balance Checking Page accessible by cell phone. Access the page by using your cell phone to scan in the QR Code at left.
Note: Net services are provided in Japanese.

Check your receipt after every purchase.

Every time you use your Gift Card, you can use your receipt to check the balance.

Check it at any Nitori store in Japan.

To check your card balance, take it to the cash register.

For safe use, keep the following in mind.

If your card is lost, stolen or altered, we will not freeze it, make a refund, or reissue the card.
Avoid bending the card, getting the card dirty and exposing it to magnetism. These may cause it to malfunction.
We do all in our power to maintain the card system, but system failure may occur without warning, temporarily preventing you from using your card.
The card cannot be exchanged for money.
