Delivery and assembly services

After you purchase furniture from Nitori, we’ll deliver it to your home, or if you’re planning to move, we’ll bring it to your new home anywhere in Japan. Then we’ll assemble and install it at the destination. Delivery (certain products are excluded), installation and assembly are all free of charge (in areas designated by Nitori)!
A fee is charged for delivery of small interior goods and ready-to-assemble furniture in some areas.
Quality assurance

Nitori offers one-year and three-year quality assurance.
If a product malfunctions or fails under normal use in compliance with the user’s manual during the assurance period, Nitori will repair it free of charge. When the product is a small interior product something else that can’t be repaired, Nitori will replace it or give you a refund.- ◆One-year assurance
- For clocks, lighting, legless chairs, bedding, small interior products, compact appliances, ready-to-assemble furniture, and integrated kitchen systems.
- ◆Three-year assurance
- For sofas, beds, kitchen cabinets, dining tables, chairs, bureaus, desks and other large furniture.

You can order Nitori’s products from Nitori-net or the Rakuten Market.
Online shopping offers the same basic services provided at our stores, but the details of service – the product lineup, product inventories, delivery fees for certain products – may differ.
