Are points accumulated with the Nitori Member’s Card? (Is the Card a point card?)
Yes, points will be accumulated according to your purchase amount.
Is membership free of charge?
Yes, there are no processing fees, annual fees or other charges.
What benefits are offered?
For every 100 yen (exl. excluding Tax) you will receive 2 point. Once you have 500 points they can be used as 500 yen for your next shopping at Nitori. There are also other membership benefits, such as the automatic guarantee registration.

No, the points are not convertible.

Yes, you can use it after you have registered your member’s card for online shopping.

Can I use the members’ card from the day it is issued?
Yes, points are accumulated from the day the card is issued. You can use the points from the following day.
Is there an expiration date for the points?
Yes, Issued points are valid until December 31st of the following year since the points are issued.
Is Nitori Members Card use limited to only the cardholder?
Yes, only the individual who submitted the application can use the card.
How can I learn the total points I’ve accumulated?
Current available points are printed on your receipt upon your latest purchase, or you can check at check-out or the Service Desk.
Customers who have purchased items on Nitori-net can also check their points on Nitori-net.

If I return products or cancel a purchase, what happens to the points which had issued?
The points are deducted according to the amount of your return.

No, points can only be accumulated and used at Nitori.
Are there any thanks-for-coming points or any special days when points increase, such as birthday points?
Nitori does not have plans to offer this kind of service at this time.
Can I get points when I purchase items on Nitori-net?
You can get points if you have registered your member’s card for online shopping. and if your purchases are made on Nitori-net after May 12, 2010.
