Delivery and assembly services

Nitori offers a free delivery service for Designated areas throughout Japan.
Except for certain products, we deliver the fully-assembled furniture to your home or your designated place throughout Japan free of charge. We also will install and assemble at the time of delivery free of charge. (In areas specified by Nitori only)
Please confirm the areas specified for free delivery by clicking on the "Delivery fees" free shipping of assembled furniture link ( * ) on the Nitori-net Net Shop page and inputting the delivery destination city and prefecture ZIP code in the search box.

Supplemental information
・A fee will be charged for delivery in some areas.
・Please note that you cannot specify a delivery time for fully-assembled furniture.
・Please note that the day of the week that can be requested for delivery are limited in some cases, depending on the delivery address.
・After the delivery route has been decided, we will contact you by telephone one or two days before the delivery date to notify you of approximately two-hour period when your goods will be delivered. (Depending on the area, in some cases we will contact you on the actual delivery date)
・In some areas, our delivery service is extremely busy on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Your delivery may not arrive during the scheduled time period.
We also deliver packages containing ready-to-assemble furniture and interior products, if the price per package is 500 yen or more (tax included). Click here ( * ) for details.
The delivery fee is set according to package size and destination.

Delivery charges for unit furniture(sis series) vary depending on the product. Delivery charges do not include assembly service. If you wish to request our assembly service, please inquire at the sales staff at each store.

All products other than the nine items indicated above that we deliver at no charge

Assembly service
Please see our "take-away product assembly service” price list. You can view the price list here.
- ・Note: For the TV stand (all-in type), an assembly charge of 25,000 yen (included in the delivery fee) is required because assembly and delivery are handled by different staff. Thank you for your understanding.
- ・Note: The delivery and assembly service details shown above can be applied in Nitori’s specified areas.

Free light-truck lending service

Nitori stores lend light trucks free of charge to its customers who have purchased furniture, mattresses, carpets and similar products.
Each time, the customer can use the truck for up to 90 minutes and carry a maximum load of 350 kg. The service must be used during our business hours. (Customers can use a truck up to 6 p.m.)
Some of our stores do not offer this service.
Take-away product assembly service

Our stores will assemble and deliver any ready-to-assemble product you have purchased.
The store will deliver the assembled product to your home in a few days.
