From the Odakyu Line Sagami Ono train station north exit, go to the bus stop #5 and take the bus bound for Sagamihara-eki Minami-guchi for about 20 minutes. Get off at the Kushima Bunjoji bus stop. Go straight ahead along Route 16 for about 100 meters. (about 1 minute walk)

By train:
