1.Get off at Tobu Isesaki line Shinden station. From Shinden station take a bus. If you walk it will take you right under 30 minutes.

2.(By bus) Take bus #3, bound for Shinei Danchi and get off at the first stop, Seimon-cho Kita. From there walk for about 5 minutes.
