Bed frames

Please check your bed frame around once a month to make sure that none of the screws have come loose. If any of the screws are loose, please re-tighten them.

Artificial leather sofas

Artificial leather will deteriorate over time, even through normal usage. Deterioration will be accelerated if the leather is exposed to moisture, oils, stains, hairdressing products or pets’ urine (especially armrests and seats, which come into contact with your skin).
Please look after your sofa by wiping it gently with a dry cloth.
In the event of serious staining, soak a cloth in a diluted neutral detergent, wring out, then scrub the surface.
Wipe off any detergent so that it is not left behind on the surface, then wipe up any moisture with a dry cloth.

Dining chairs

Please check for loose screws or wobbling.
Re-tighten screws on your chair if applicable. If wobbling does not improve even after tightening screws, or if you are not able to tighten screws on your chair, please contact the store where you purchased the item.

Revolving chairs

Please check the revolving base and casters for dust and dirt. If there is any dirt, the chair will need cleaning.
If your chair attracts dust or grease, there is a risk that it could produce soot and leave marks on other furniture or your floor.

Note: When cleaning, please wipe with a dry cloth that you are happy to become stained. Grease may be transferred to the cloth, so please take care not to get stains on your clothing or other such items.

Items with plugs

Please be careful with dust gathering in gaps between plugs and sockets. If dust is exposed to moisture, it can cause sparks around the plug, which can lead to “tracking” and start a fire.
Even if you are not using an item, there is still a risk of fire at any time if the item remains plugged in.
There is a particular risk in the kitchen and other such areas that are susceptible to high moisture levels.

Electric fans

Electric fans are required by law to indicate the year the device was manufactured and the standard usage period for that particular design.
If you continue to use a fan after the end of the relevant period, there is a risk that it could break or cause an accident as a result of deterioration over time.
Please look out for changes during usage, such as unexpected sounds or vibrations.

Note: Usage periods are specified for each design and refer to the standard length of time for which the fan can be used safely without malfunction, providing that it is used under normal conditions.
