By walk:

Get off at JR Joban line Matsudo station. From the East exit (Ito Yokado exit) walk for 20 minutes.

By bus:

From the JR Matsudo train station east exit, go to the Shin Keisei bus stop #1 and take the bus bound for Miyakodai. Get off at the Nogikuno Danchi bus stop. Walk towards Sega for about 500 meters to reach the store. (about 5 minutes walk)
