By bus:

From the JR Kashiwa train station west exit, go to bus stop #4 and take the Tobu Wakashiba Junkan bus for about 10 minutes. Get off at the Katori-dai bus stop. From the Matsugasaki intersection by the bus stop, cross to Max Value and go towards Kojima Denki. The store is in the back of the Kojima Denki car park. (about 5 minutes walk)
