By bus:

From the JR Kashiwa train station or the Tobu Line Kashiwa train station east exit, go to bus stop #31 and take the bus bound for Shonan Shako for about 15 minutes. Get off at the Miyagohara bus stop. The store will be on the right, next to Yamada Denki. (about 3 minutes walk)
