By bus:

From the JR Ryomo Line Isesaki train station south exit, go through the Isesaki Community bus Aozora Josha exit to bus stop #7 and take the Isesaki Eki Minami Junkai bus for about 20 minutes. Get off at the Tsunatoricho Higashi bus stop. Go back to the intersection with the Gunma Leisure Land Isesaki Branch on the Komagata bypass and turn right. Go straight ahead for about 150 meters, and the store will be on the left. (about 3 minutes walk)
