From the Exit #2 of Shindo Higashi Station of Subway Toho Line, catch a Hokkaido Chuo Bus bound for Higashi 76 - Okadama Kita 34jo Line at the Shindo Higashi Station bus stop. After a 5 minute trip, get off the bus at Kita 34jo Higashi 23 chome. The store is right in front of the bus stop. (one minute walk).
