By train:

Get off at JR Fukui station and take a taxi for 15 minutes (\1200).

By bus:

From JR Fukui train station take the Keifuku bus, Fukui Daigaku Byoin line via Izumida for about 35 minutes. Get off at the Owada bus stop. Walk south for about 5 minutes, and the store will be past the Chuo Ichiba Higashi intersection on the left. (Buses leave approximately 1 per hour)
