By bus:

From the West Exit of Nagano Station of JR, catch a bus at the bus stop #2 that is bound for Menkyo Center Shinoi Line route 32 (for Sinoi Station). After a 15 min trip, get off the bus at Kamihigano. Walk towards the bridge and turn right at the Inazato-nishi Intersection. Store is located on the right hand side about 200 meter off the intersection.
