By bus:

Walk from Ishibashi Station of Hankyu Takarazuka Line to the Hankyu Bus Stop #3 to take a bus bound for JR Ibaraki / Hankyu Ibaraki (Route 92). After a 3 minute trip, get off the bus at Segawa Bus Stop. Walk along the road about 100m, then cross the intersection of Mino Seinan Elementary School. The store will be on your left hand side (approx. 2 minute walk).
