By walk:

Walk for 20 minutes from Okegawa station.

By bus:

From the JR Okegawa train station east exit, go to the bus boarding area in back right. Take the bus bound for Shobu Shako for about 5 minutes. Get off at the Kita Itchome bus stop. Walk straight along the road for about 250 meters, and the store will be past the Sakata intersection on the right. (about 3 minutes walk)
