By train:
Exit from West Exit at Tobu Tojo Line Fujimino Station, turn left at the exit and walk about 400m along the railway line. It takes about 5 minutes to walk.
By car:
Get onto National Route 254 from Kan-Etsu Expressway and drive ahead toward Kawagoe. From Kawagoe Kaido, Enter the road along the Tojo Line at the Higashi-Iruma Keisatsu Iriguchi intersection and drive about 700 meter ahead. Turn right just before the Oi overhead bridge. The drive takes about 20 minutes.
