By train:

From JR Nishi Yonezawa station - walk for 7 minutes.

By bus:

From JR Yonezawa train station north exit, go approximately 30 meters to the left and take the Yonezawa Shiei bus for about 20 minutes. Get off at the Seibu Community Center-mae bus stop. (From Yonezawa train station you can take both the Migi-mawari or the Hidari-mawari bus, which takes as long a time and cost as much.)
