By train:
1. Get off at Aomi Station on the Yurikamome Monorail line, turn left toward North Exit when you come out of the ticket barrier.
2. Get off at Tokyo Teleport Station on JR Rinkai line, take Exit A on the left when you come out of the ticket barrier and go up by the front escalator.
By bus:
From the JR Hamamatsucho train station south exit, go to the bus terminal #9 and take the Toei bus Niji 01 bus bound for Kokusaitenjijo/ Tokyo Big Sight, for about 30 minutes. Get off at the Palette Town-mae bus stop. The store will be right in front. (about 1 minute walk)
By car:
1. Approximately 5 minutes from the Daiba Ramp exit on the Metropolitan Expressway No. 11 (Daiba Line of the upper level of the Rainbow Bridge).
2. Approximately 5 minutes from the Rinkai-Fukutoshin Ramp exit on the Metropolitan Expressway Bay Shore Route from the Haneda Airport/Yokohama.
3. Approximately 7 minutes from the Ariake Ramp exit on the Metropolitan Expressway Bay Shore Route from Chiba/Kasai.
