Members collect points every time they shop in our stores nationwide or via NITORI-net.
Cards also come with other convenient features, including completing product warranty procedures simply by presenting your card, and simplifying delivery procedures.

Members earn one point for every 100 yen spent (before tax). Each point is worth 1 yen when redeemed for shopping. Other advantages include obtaining product warranties simply by presenting your card.

By showing your NITORI Membership Card upon payment, one-year and five-year warranty procedures are completed automatically.

  • Note: Eligible products are determined by Nitori.
  • Note: Applicable to purchases made after March 1, 2012. Any items purchased by February 29, 2012 come with a quality assurance period that has been promised at the time of purchase.

If by any chance there is an accident with or a recall of our products, we will contact you promptly.

Your purchase history will be saved.

  • You can check information such as the size of products you purchased.
  • You are eligible for the warranty even if you have lost your receipt or the warranty agreement. (Pursuant to our warranty policy).

2. You can earn points

  • For each 100 yen (before tax) purchase, you can earn 1 point.
    • Note: No point can be collected for amounts less than 100 yen.
    • Note: No point can be collected for payments other than product purchases, such as service charges or delivery fees.
  • Each point is worth 1 yen when redeemed for shopping.
  • Points can be collected regardless of whether you pay by cash or by credit card.
    • Note: Points can be used from the following day of the purchase.

Collected points expire on December 31 in the following year of the date of purchase.

Note: This applies to items purchased on March 1, 2012 or later. Warranty periods were applied at the time of purchase for items purchased on February 29, 2012.
